Love this! Specificity is everything. I realize I have manifested what I asked for but didn't always ask for the right thing. :/

So true! But I think of it like Beta testing. We are always refining our hypothesis and acceptance criteria based on the data we collect through experimentation

I love, love, love this post! One (of the many things) that struck me was "The most meaningful moments come when we’re immersed in connection." More connection in 2025 (true connection, where I show up as myself) is on my vision board.

Yay! It's true! Who wants to be in a beautiful scene staring at a camera but not having folks (who truly see them) around? Here's to more connection -- and seeing you soon. XOXO

LOVE THIS! I'm deep into TBM's "Authenticity challenge" and there's so much to being specific about what you'd like to manifest. And since being officially diagnosed with ADHD, I've been super aware of how I mask and how that is masking my authentic self.

It's so tough with ADHD, because there's also so much ableism we've internalized. The average person doesn't get it because they don't know how much masking we have to do! But yes to specificity!! And asking the tough questions of ourselves. I just watched Martha Beck on Diary of a CEO, and she made a commitment after a near-death experience to never lie again. And I can't stop thinking about it. If I never lied, that means I would always have to voice what I want... maybe next week's post.

What a fun experiment! While I have no specific visions for the future, you've now got me starting to think about it. Ty 🤓

Ps: I also wonder what AI could do with my hair. You look like a Disney princess!

I asked it if it was trained on hyper sexualized Disney princesses and it replied, “You made me laugh!”

Terrifying 😂
